Hi - hoping a VM advisor can help me as I’m loosing the will on trying to get a WiFi extender pod. I have a major black spot in my home that gets no WiFi at all. The connect app does t allow me to order a pod despite me running the tests. plus the tests don’t work most of the time as the area doesn’t connect to the hub. 

Tried calling VM to no avail - please can someone advise what I can do to get one?

Did you call 0800 064 3850 to order the first one

You can just wait here for a VM person to respond in a day or two and they will sort the first one for you.
