WiFi Pod Not Connecting To Hub 3.0

I have a WiFi Pod to install for my Hub 3, but I can't get it to connect to the hub, even when plugged in within the same room as the hub - just keeps cycling through flashing green and blue lights.  If I plug the pod into the Hub via Ethernet cable then it connects and I can see it in the Virgin Connect app.  Any ideas what the problem is with the pod connecting over WiFi?  All the Hub 3 settings are as factory set (Router mode, default SSIDs etc.).

Hey jonathanw27, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear this.

Please can you try these steps and the pod should work;

Unplug any Ethernet cables attached to the router and wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in. Plug the router's power cable back into the outlet. Plug the modem back in and wait until the modem has finished powering on. Wait at least 2 minutes for your Pods' LEDs to stop blinking.
