Hi Emily, yes it happens both to WiFi and wired connection, in fact it's literally off as I type (on my phone) my neighbours were having a lot of issues a few weeks ago and it until they had 3 vans working on their issue we had very little trouble, now it seems were getting it several times a day and that's not great when my wife and I are both attempting to work from home.....

Hi Emily, sometimes yes the white light stats to flash but after that dropout, it came back on for a couple of minutes and has dropped again, this time there's no change to the router lights.....

Thank you for confirming that, have you already run through a pin hole reset of the Hub as well? This would be holding a pin into the pin sized hole on the back for a few seconds until the lights change, this will then fully refresh the connection.

Hi Lee, no not really we're still experiencing really weak WiFi signal (only really any good in the room with the router) and drop outs.
