WiFi Connected But No Internet

Hi,

WiFi is connected but no Internet. I've unplugged, I've reset Hub, only one person using WiFi in house, even when no one is using WiFi it doesn't work properly.

I'm finding it difficult to navigate Virgin web site (using my mobile data, again!). I need to book an engineer.

Any suggestions please. Xx

Re: WiFi Connected But No Internet

Thanks for your prompt reply.

I have no idea if a wired connection would work. I only use the WiFi for my phone and for my Now TV stick.

Do the lights on the hub change?

Hi

Lights on the Hub seem to be doing what they should. All looks well.

Re: WiFi Connected But No Internet

You really need to test with a wired connection.

And if you haven’t done so already do a 60 second pinhole reset on the hub

Re: WiFi Connected But No Internet

Hi Gary

As suggested I tried a wired connection, no joy, same issue, no internet.  I've tried calling the 0345 phone number to get a technician but not successful.  It either rings for such a long time that I'm cut off or it doesn't ring at all.  I feel that I need a tech but can't get to speak with anyone at Virgin.  My son is in 5th year at school and due to being in isolation he must do his school work from home, using online learning methods.
