Hi, been having spotty WiFi for a while and got a WiFi booster from virgin yesterday...
set up was really easy and cured the black spots.
But a weird thing keeps happening... after a while the whole WiFi across the house now stops working. Says limited connection across the WiFi connection on my devices.
so if I reset and then reset all the booster back up works well then after a while stops again../
anyone else have this ?

I apologise for any inconvenience about the booster. We want this get sorted as soon as possible.
We can get an assistance from our online team, they need to do further diagnostics, we can do this via online chat.

After actually resetting the hub 3 to factory defaults and then resetting the WiFi booster up again... touch wood all now seems ok...
