Wi-fi problems

Last night my WiFi was intermittent I reset the hub and it seemed OK

Today I’m just getting a red flashing light on my hub and no WiFi, the virgin app says no local issues anyone else having problems?

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to hear that your hub is flashing red and you have no WIFI currently.

Can we ask if you able to connect any device to your hub, what message do you get when you try to open a web page. 

Upon checking from our end there are no area faults reported. 

Can we ask if you have recently rebooted your hub, if not we would recommend trying this first.

Please come back to us once your have done this so we can assist you further.
