Wi-fi password keeps saying incorrect

We came back from holiday on Saturday and since then myself and my partners I phones won’t connect to the wi-fi, neither does our I pad. We have never experienced this issue before it just automatically connects again when coming in the house. I have hooked up our laptop via an Ethernet cable and followed instructions to change the wi-if password but this is still not working. Can’t get through to anyone on a phone. Getting really frustrated. Please help

Try a full reset (Pin hole for 60 seconds).

Do a 60 second pinhole reset on the hub

Hi thanks I have tried this and the factory reset was successful however it still says the password is incorrect. I’m obviously using the original password now

I have tried all passwords just to double check but all say incorrect password

Which password?

Make sure you’re using the one on the bottom of the hub for the Wi-Fi and not the admin password.

Can you login to the admin page and confirm the passphrase that’s set there?

Yes the paraphrase on the settings page is the same as on the hub 😔
