Hi there,
inhad the hot spot configuration profile installed on my phone and recently it started asking for a password, however every time I tried it was not accepting it l, I decided to remove the profile and start again however when I try to download the profile from the connect app it never pops up in the settings on my iPhone to say profile downloaded, I’ve tried rebooting the phone as well as uninstalling the app but still no joy.
All help appreciated as this means I can’t use any hotspots!

Funnily enough Safari was the one I was using, after your post I switched to chrome and it worked fine! Very odd!
