I have recently moved from BT to virgin and the service change had not been good. the TV is great but the internet/Wi-fi is awful . I am currently running BT for broadband as virgin engineer can see no fault !! A really nice guy even left his mobile number but how can he not see the issues we are clearly getting ???? I think it’s just Wi-fi the tv is Ethernet connection and had never dropped out . I have an autistic 11 year old who loves his time out time gaming and then boom it drops again , so we had to re install BT but we can’t afford 2 providers . I have been reading other posts so I have ordered a mesh Wi-fi system and intend turning the hub 3 into modem .
I think this is the way to go but I’m worried that I’m stuck with this for 18 months .
The mesh system will work if you’ve ordered a decent one
