I was reluctant to renew my contract but did so recently having been advised I could get up to 3 free wi-fi pods to achieve an acceptable signal in the furthest most part of my house. I then spoke to the technical people two weeks ago, requesting a pod and am yet to see one. (In fairness, he said his system was having problems but I was assured it would be ordered). I cannot find how to order the 1 or 2 I need. Navigating and randomly switching between the app and website is proving frustrating. Holding on the 'phone forever is not an attractive option.
Can anyone help?
