Hi just spent a mind numbing hour on the phone (it's the music !) to customer services to be informed that the above aren't actually available until 31st January at the earliest !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At £5/month it's £60 per year. 

You can buy new router for that and install it in dead spot. 

There are also different makes of WiFi pods/boosters available. You don't need to buy Virgin brand...

That's strange. I ordered one last Monday (18/1) and it arrived on Wednesday. You need to be on the Ultimate Umph bundle to get one for free though.
