We're happy to assist with your Pod query, could you please advise if you already have the Wi Fi Max service added and already using our pods or you're looking to order your first pod from us?
The best way to place a pod order is through our Connect App, where you can scan the rooms in the house for weak/blind spots and the App will check for coverage and signal issues.
If a pod needs to be added you will be given the option to order one via the App.
