For the last 2 weeks around 6-8pm Wi-Fi just drops right out, tv phone iPad the lot struggles to get on anything. Go on the app, when it eventually loads and do speed test says hub is fully working and Wi-Fi is fine, yet the tv has a notice saying problem with internet?
Have you any Ethernet cabled devices and if so do they also drop out?

Sorry to see you've been having some connection issues.
I've had a look at things from our side, can see it's been a while since the hub was rebooted.
Can you please reset this and let me know if there is any improvement?
