Wi-Fi router dropping out

Joining in

My router drops out and light permanently Red. I have done all the checks on power plugs and connections.

I think I need a new router?

Hi @Mark747 thanks for your post here in the Community, although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

Can you please try the following, and if this doesn't work we may need to replace this for you:

• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.

I have done all that and the reset and waited 24hrs but the router still keeps dropping out.
