Wi-Fi reset, removed custom SSIDs.

A few weeks ago I split up my router's bands (2.4GHz + 5GHz) into two SSIDs so that certain devices would only use 5GHz.

Today we had to reset our router and now they've gone into the same SSID.

Any help?

Re: Wi-Fi reset, removed custom SSIDs.

If you pinhole reset any VM Hub it will revert to "factory" - i.e. - having a single SSID.

So you have to go into the settings and change it again.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Why did you reset the hub? It’s a last resort fix.
