After wasting 4 hours speaking to 4 different customer service agents over the past two weeks I am aghast at how hard it is for Virgin to send me some Wi-Fi boosters. I have a three floor house and Wi-Fi only reaches the downstairs. Can somebody please help me and send me some boosters please? Seems the customer service agents are going out of their way to not send them to me even though they should be free given the package I am on.
