Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Community Forums.
I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the Connect App. To order a WiFi Pod, the Connect App will need to run a Home Scan, and identify either WiFi Blackspots, or speeds of less than 30mbps around your home. If either are detected, then you are given the option to add WiFi Max to your package.
You've mentioned that you can't get the app to work, is this a case of where you're unable to log in, or do you see an error message when using the app? Can you provide any screenshots (excluding personal details) of the issues you're facing?
