Wi-Fi pods

Hi, 

I am on Volt deal, and after a recent installation, I only have signal in the living room. I tried the connect app which advised a Wi-Fi pod was required.

I messaged on WhatsApp to arrange, Then nothing for 3 days. I called in to ask for an update and I was told it wasn’t ordered. Afterwards, I was told it was ordered, but the system has suspended the transaction but it’s on its way. 

Another 5 days and still nothing, no tracking on any of the courier apps etc

Can anyone from VM actually help?

I have taken a look on our side and it looks as though the team have been able to help with this.
