Wi-Fi pods won’t connect

Hello all, I’ve placed multiple requests for the js exact issue - my pod used to connect intermittently and now not at all - no amount of rebooting or restarting seems to help - and of course it’s impossible to get through to VM customer assistance I get shunted to an auto reply that sends me a link that goes nowhere - if someone from VM can get in touch it would be much appreciated as you are embarrassing yourselves in your lack of customer support !

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
