Why does my Wi-Fi pod keep disconnecting?

Perhaps its too far away from the Hub. Have you tried moving it closer?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Try moving it closer. Start with it in the same room and then walk it out until the connection is lost - then move back a bit.

Wall could be an issue - especially if it is a thick stone one, a Victorian iron rich red brick one or a modern plasterboard wall with inbuilt tinfoil insulation, etc.
