Wi-Fi connected but no internet

Hi,

I have a problem about the internet connection. It shows WiFi connected but still no internet connection and I found these informations on the settings. My connection always disconnects several times in a day. What should I do? Hub’s light is flashing as well now. Thank you

Re: Wi-Fi connected but no internet

Does a wired connection work?

Have you also checked the service status page?

I haven’t checked the wired connection.
I’ve checked the service page. It shows make sure cable firmly inside. Your internet connection is down

Re: Wi-Fi connected but no internet

No... Gary means... the “check service,” Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum), also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level (that may not be listed on the Area Status web page which usually covers >1000’s of customers) - that may give you more info, but even that wont cover problems affecting just a few customers.

Re: Wi-Fi connected but no internet

You mean there is no VM service to your property because there is a known fault?

Then you can do nothing but wait for it to get fixed.
