I've just used the Connect app to try and resolve a issue with a room that doesn't have much wifi, its been going on for ages, and has got worse over last couple of weeks, the app says i would be able to boost the Wifi better by installing a booster. When i click on the order button it says please ring about your upgrade, but its not an upgrade. We have Full house TV and Hub 3 and says no extra cost. Are we able to order the booster on line?
Sorry for the issues that you've been having with your connection and ordering your boosters gt37. You should be able to order your boosters by the app but if that isn't working you would need to call into the team and get the boosters added as we cannot do that from this team I'm afraid.
