Hi - I ordered a white Wi-Fi booster pod through virgin and it’s not syncing - just blinking white light for days. I’ve tried all different plugs and reset router, used gps button etc.
can someone help me add the pod to my app?

First thing is to call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (follow options) and check with them that it is "activated" correctly onto your account. You will need the Model numbers, serial numbers/MAC addresses off the barcode stickers of ALL pieces of kit and also your account number
