Downstream power levels have a wider range than desirable, from +3.7 dBmV to -0.5 dBmV, and your upstream power levels are all on the high side, with one channel still dropping modulation badly. In theory the hub could still work OK with those numbers, in practice it's often associated with problems, so you may want to try getting a technician, but bear in mind that VM's telephone performance is very poor at the moment, and if you get through then the agent will be reading from a script, and won't have the foggiest idea about power levels or modulation. I'll flag your post for a staff response, let's see if they can shed any light on what's going on. Without seeing the network log there may be other evidence that indicates a problem.
