Why won't Alexa stay online and Why is broadband forever dropping out? I have a superhub 2.
I have done all the usual re-booted everything - sooo many times.
Any ideas on either point greatly received.
I already have a powerline boost plugged in as the "new" TIVO box wouldn't work without it. I live in a very average size one level property
Might I need an upgraded Hub? I havent rang to ask yet ...
just done speed test and got Ping 27 ms Download mbs 91.64 Upload mbs 12.08
I'm really sorry to hear that you're having this issue with the broadband dropping out.
So is it just an issue with the WiFi you're having then?
Do you have any issues with any devices connected via Ethernet?
