Hello I would like to ask why my internet so slow and why there is nothing done about it? It said on the official virgin media website that there is problem in my area it will be fixed at 27 October 17:00 about 10 minutes to 17:00 there was another message that said it will be fixed at 27 October 17:30.
Waited till 17:30 after the message disappeared I checked my service status it said there is fault in my area, pretty sure the problem should of been fixed by 17:30 / 27 October, but it same problem since 23rd of October.

I am not paying full bill for this internet, I am going to look for different internet provider because the virgin media can't provide good internet and good customer assistance.
