Why request return of Wifi Pod

Yet another return Envelope from |VM

Since moving over to Stream,360+MiniBox safeley returned.

i.r.c. I was many months ago offered WiFi Pod to counter Bathroom blackspot whilst watching VM Go.

Yet VM are now expecting Pod to be returned?

It belongs to VM. They want it back to send to another customer.

If you are a VOLT or top tier customer, then the Pods are free and you should be able to retain this.  However, if not, then an £8 pm charge is required.  Either way all VM kit is rented and remains the property of VM and should be returned.

Checked via CS it's good that they confirm current Pod isn't active which I think maybe why it's not lighting bright as before.

Whilst Ide like to continue using Pod, the suggestion that only way possible is by returning and re ordering which seem rather inconvenient.

I'll return pod anyway, it was only improving VM Go tv in Kitchen+Bathroom.
