Why no communication?

Why such poor communication from Virgin.

New Hub 4 arrives yesterday - so we install it.

Today internet down - until 15.00. So many issues, so much downtime. No communication or support. Phone lines that are not answered. Utter time wasters.

Then Covid is an excuse for non existent - you are supposed to be a comms company,

Must be company is being run down before sale.
