Why does my recently installed broadband constantly drop wifi signal.

My recently installed broadband (4 months ago) keeps dropping WiFi signal in all rooms on all devices. I've tried rebooting, resetting checking for black spots, checking the network for faults etc etc but no joy and to top it all I can't even find a customer service phone number !

Re: Why does my recently installed broadband constantly drop wifi signal.

Do ethernet cable connected devices have similar issues?

If they remain connected fine at these times it may just be local wifi congestion/interference etc.

Not really for these purposes.

Can you connect something you have to the Hub via an adapter and Cat6 cable? Adapters are available for any laptop/computer/tablet/phone with any port

I'll get one on Amazon and see if it is stable when hard wired 👍
