For some time we experienced repeated dropouts with HUB3 and thought that moving to HUB4 and 1G broadband might help resolve the issues...
The issues remain...
For example:
https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/36debcb4047c4510c626c18e715153394a...
While watching a single movie on Saturday evening, the broadband cut out almost once every 30 minutes!!!
The drop outs occur for both WiFi and Ethernet connections!
After several minutes the router appears to reboot and connectivity is regained.
I have split devices into using either 2.4 or 5GHz.
Previpously when working OK, https://samknows.com/realspeed/ reported Speed to Hub of over 1000, and Wifi to mobile of around 350..
Oddly connectivity from a PS4 to HUB4 seems to be slower that from the PS4 to HUB3 router,,,
Urgent assistance is required - our family household has 2 student teachers and one other university student, with all needing consistent broadband to complete our studies...
What is going on with the network?
The fact that the dropouts occur with both Hub3 and Hub4 suggest it is not a local issue...
The fast connectivity to the router (when working) suggest that it is an intermittent issue outwith our home...
I'm happy to provide other information or logs as required, just let me know what you need...
The drop outs identified from monitoring suggest a significant issue.
