Where is my wifi booster?

I ordered a wifi booster through the Virgin Connect app and was expecting delivery on 6th April. I have not received any tracking information from the delivery partner, Yodel and have not idea of when I am able to receive the Wifi booster.  I have been experiening buffering and drops in wifi signal for a couple of weeks now. How do you get an update on your order from Virgin?

They're probably not sending them at present.

The VM boosters aren't great as they're powerline ones that rely on a good ring-main connection.

Look at investing in a mesh system or better standalone router
