Re: Where can i book an engineer ONLINE???

It's not possible to book one online.

You can describe the issues you have here, the community can try to assist, and if it ultimately requires an engineer visit then the VM forum staff can arrange one, but it all starts with describing the problem, providing some information about the connection from your hub, and hten waiting a few days for VM to engage and decide whether or not it warrants an engineer visit.

Re: Where can i book an engineer ONLINE???

The engineer will be talking about this

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status

How do I check my service status?

If you have an issue with your broadband, TV, phone or mobile service you can run a test online via our Service status page.

It’s really simple and quick...

  • Run tests on your services and kit
  • Check your area for network outages
  • Book an engineer appointment
  • Manage devices on your network
  • Sign up for updates via text or email
  • Replace your old or faulty kit

However any engineer options will depend on the result of the test, it's not something you can arrange immediately.
