What issues are you actually having - on wifi and/or on ethernet connected devices ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Ok this is happening again, packet loss is causing zoom drops and also increasing post rs errors, been fine all day and now this

Likely a DDoS happening for the route BQM is taking to and from may not affect all routes.

There are many posts on here of people reporting very similar looking BQM.

I doubt its a coincidence

This is a problem with the BQM testing, not the VM network.

I had the same anomalous BQM recording yesterday evening, while we were using the connection quite heavily without any problems.

At 10.25 pm I did a check on speedtest.net (that's the single spike on the display) and got the full upstream and downstream readings for our 350Mb service, with a ping of 15ms.  That wouldn't have happened if the BQM was showing the real situation.

This seems to be happening to many people on the forum. Too much of a coincidence as they are reporting very similar if not identical BQMs.

Perhaps you can investigate whether this is a wide area issue with VM or is indeed an issue with the thinkbroadband BQM
