What's going on?

It started around 3:00AM there was no warnings about any work being done.

Obviously something is happening and they are not addressing the issue by tellings us what it is that's causing this.

Mind you that the singal on RJ47 cabel is there it's not what we pay for and most of us pay £45.00 a month and this is the service we get?

National Outage - looks like routing issue.

Mostly fine in my area but some page don't load even with 3rd party DNS.

Was an issues on VM's system status around 1230am/1am.

Some kind of internal routing problem, many destinations having/had very high packet loss and increased latency.

The result of not having a network setup correctly and appropriate failovers in place to reroute traffic.

Where does all the money they get from customers go? On advertising thats where, pile in the customers and push the service and quality to the lowest possible.

Worst possible scenario for a communications company that took 7 hours to communicate issues....
