Over the last few days I have had issues not being able to get into netflix through the virgin media box. I spent 3 hours on live chat passed from pillar to post to be told it's my connection. Even though I was playing an online game at the time.
Any ideas?? Error were NW1-5 NW2-19 and t-900. I tried reboot unplug nothing worked.
I download the app to xbox and hey presto it works...
Then at about 11:30 my internet slows to a crawl so I cant watch netflix and have trouble logging in to my on line game.
This is getting beyond a joke the call centre didnt listen asked the same question more than once and still no fix.
