What is 10.165.36.1

As per subject, what is 10.165.36.1

Shows in all Treacerts from home, don't beleive it was there before Hub 4?

Its currently showing as losing packets,

its the IP of the CMTS the modem side. Its VM internal IP used on the modem side. Its normal.

Oh ok, well its showing alot of packet loss on tracerts, is that normal, been having issues with latency and packet loss since installing Hub 4... 

Also, just lost the Hub 4 altogether, so will have a look at whats going on in a moment.,

Why do you say modem side when it the CMTS router side the modem side would have a IP like 10.165.36.95

It's the CMTS's IP address, doesn't always show as in my traceroute.

or maybe your router blocks ICMP from 10. but allows DHCP from 10. and some times the CMTS 10. send 0.0.0.0 when doing a traceroute
