What happens when Virgin drop the lowest Broadband package?

Can any Virgin broadband customers tell me what usually happens when Virgin drops the lowest Broadband package and add a new service at the top?

For example; at the moment Virgin offers M100, M200, M350, and M500. If at some point in the near future they introduce an M1000 service and drop the M100 what would happen to the customers presently on the other tiers of packages?

Would Virgin put the M100 customers onto M200, the M200 onto M350, the M350 onto M500, and the M500 onto M1000? Or would they only change the M100 to M200? Do they keep you on the same tiered 1-4 level whatever that is or only bump up the lowest tier?

they will stay on what they have.
they will have to pick a current package/service when they upgrade or change packages
