Website Loading Not Snappy (Mutiple Devices/Browsers)

Websites take a few seconds to load images and other elements.

The same behaviours are seen across 3 browsers, perhaps the hub isn't up to the demands of the network and needs to be replaced with something more powerful?

BQM look ok not the best

Maybe try DNS without  pi hole 

 Yes do look at getting your own router and put hub in modem mode

It won't be handling the wifi services so I doubt I need to go to a higher spec.
