I repeatedly am advised of weak security on my iPhone X when connected on the WiFi system and get variable speed at significantly lower than the speed I am paying for.

Sorry to hear of the speed issue - I've checked the system and we do need to send a technician because more than half the downstream levels are out of spec.
Also the security bit, lotharmat is completely correct, please follow that sticky 🙂
