Want to order WiFi boosters

I need to order a WiFi booster, used the connect app which says I need one.  Then app says it will take me to a page to order, this does not happen. Tried the online chat and the robot says I have to call, tried 3 times and am currently sitting waiting for someone to answer my call. Been waiting 25 minutes up to now. Please help, 2 adults wfh and 2 kids homeschooling - we can’t all sit next to the hub to get a signal!!

Re: Want to order WiFi boosters

Boosters are replaced by the “pods”.

And they cost £5 per month unless you’re on Gig1 or Ultimate Oomph bundle.

They are also out of stock  with availability unlikely to return until March apparently (one of the forum staff mentioned it here in a response to someone else a few days ago).

Given it looks like we’ve got weeks more homeschooling ahead, it’s probably a better idea to invest in some of your own WiFi gear.. 🙂
