Wall unit damaged - cannot get through to virginmedia and need to work

Hi All,

My wall unit was broken today when moving the sofa to vacuum

I've been trying to get a hold of customer services to book an engineer- been on hold twice then the connection hangs up after I've waited for about 45 minutes.

This is very frustrating as I work from home and would like to get wifi fixed as soon as possible - but can't get hold anyone to help with a timeline for booking an engineer.

Call it in on 150 (VM Phone) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone) and call at 08.00 midweek (09.00 Sun) that's the best time to get through quickly.
