Waiting for a repair

Broadband died immediately after lockdown started. After 90 minutes on hold waiting to get through to the call centre had an engineers visit. Engineer says it’s the street cable. I’m a doctor at a major teaching hospital with 2 kids trying to home school with no internet. Now the call centre is completely closed. 
how do I find out when or if Virgin are coming to repair the cable???

Please help!
