So I am just wondering, how long does VM usually take in upgrading the speeds of broadband? I placed my order on Friday, with an estimated activation date of Wednesday (today) and I’ve received no information beyond an order reference as to when or what is happening.
Unfortunately that has been what I’ve been doing with no success. I think the issue is that the order has not been processed on VM’s side, because it has not been reflected in my account nor activated.

Can I please ask if you called us or did the upgrade online?
Normally package changed go through with in 24 hours.
The only exceptions are when the Customer is on our Essential Broadband
Then its a live chat service you need to go through.
