WPS PIN not recognised

I am trying to access my Superhub router using the details on the back of the device. I have 100% entered the password and PIN correcly but I get a pop-up saying "WPS PIN is not recognised. Please try again."

I have used the reset pin button multiple times, holding it down for well over 10 seconds. The lights flash and it appears to be resetting but it has not fixed the issue with the WPS PIN.

I can't access the settings of my router because of this issue. It is not a recent change, it has been like this for years until I gave up on it but now I need to get access to the settings.

Appreciate any help/suggestions!

Re: WPS PIN not recognised

The WPS PIN isn’t the admin password

Re: WPS PIN not recognised

The login page specifically asks for the WPS PIN as well as the password:

Re: WPS PIN not recognised

Yup. Some of the older Super Hubs asked for both.

Not sure there is any fix if it doesn't work though even after a reset apart from a replacement.

Re: WPS PIN not recognised

Have you done a 60 second pinhole reset?

Re: WPS PIN not recognised

Yes I've tried the 60 sec reset but it's not made a difference sadly

Re: WPS PIN not recognised

What is the best way to get a replacement during these covid times? I've heard the wait times to 150 are very long

Re: WPS PIN not recognised

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
