WIFI mesh

Setting up tp-link AC1200 Deco M4, need to find out what type of Internet connection type.

Dynamic IP, PPPoE, Static IP, L2TP, PPTP, DS-Lite?

Re: WIFI mesh

You need to login to the hubs admin pages and change it there.

You then need to power off the hub and mesh system.

Then power on just the hub with nothing connected to it and wait 5 minutes.

Connect the mesh to the hub by Ethernet then power the mesh system on and wait 5 minutes again.

It should then all be working. Any further Ethernet connections need to be made to the mesh system and not the hub.
