Re: WIFI intermittent

If your power levels are wrong or you have interference or SNR issues then you will have intermittant dropouts, this is what those figures are for, but if you don't wish to post them that's fine.

Once you know those figures are good then you can start messing with the WiFi configuration, but it's pointless changing that until you know your main connection is ok.

Re: WIFI intermittent

well thats not entirely true is Gary, and you also asked me for the same logs and then never replied... so not sure  what use uploading them was. When I ran diagnostics  on mine over the course of several days it  came back and said it had problems with the ethernet connections and the phoneline. This then disappeared and then came back. I know there is a problem with the wifi as one device might work yet another in the same room doesn't. There are 2 wired power connectors  one which the the ethernet connected goes into device that will work one day and then later it will drop not connect and then all wifi goes.

But, with all due respect, this isn't your thread and therefore not the same issue as you are having.

Re: WIFI intermittent

I cant see anything that says Router Status. Do I need to use the diagnostic tool, or is it the status overview you need?

Re: WIFI intermittent

If you haven't logged into the Hub previously (or reset to factory) you will need to login and go through the initial procedure, it only takes a couple of minutes.

Once done, log out and the page should look similar to this (Hub 3 illustrated).

Router-Status-01

Re: WIFI intermittent

If you can't see the 'Check Router Status' text it means that your Hub is at Factory default mode and the password on the base of the Hub will be correct.

Hub-3-Password
