WIFI dropping out hub 3

Hello, I have rang twice about my WIFI problems.

WIFI is dropping out I have never had this issue before.

Initially I was told I had to many devices on 2.4ghz, "this was why I had WIFI dropping out and a blue circle on TV or device screens."

I followed instructions, reset my router and changed some devices to 5ghz.

Unfortunately this has not resolved the issue, it now seems I am experiencing most issues with 5ghz, I have always had signal in every room and even in my garden,

On several devices 5ghz drops out for no reason, we have to wait a while it then reappears, IPADS, Laptop, s10 mobile phone

Each time I rang I was told there is no problem at Virgins end, I was told that some settings at your end had been changed, the last call ended with your call centre saying "even though you are sceptical it will work fine, its not a problem at Virgins end"

Any help would be gratefully received, from a customer who has never had a WIFI issue

Re: WIFI dropping out hub 3

Assuming your wired connections are all ok (are they?) then getting your own wireless equipment will solve any wifi issues permanently, and will be transferable to other BB suppliers kit should you move supplier.

Get either.....
(1) A Mesh System, (2) A Wireless router, (3) A Wireless access point or (4) A combination of (2) & (3).
