We have virgin broadband and lines since last 11 years and we didnt bother about internet as we were going to work , children to school. From April 2020 onwards we are facing internet connection, no net work coverage on up stair rooms, when we called them first time to report issue they asked us to upgrade and sent us the booster.. But it wasnt worked and after that we called customer services several times.. Few of my friends suggested BT network where they provide internet booster ,as internet was important for us we called virgin and they said there will be cancellation if I terminate the contract and again they replaced the booster.. the same situation its not working. Not sure is this happening to everyone, any suggestion please
