I have a Hub 4 and have been lent a Pod by a friend to see if it improves connectivity around my house.
Everyone seems to say, just plug it in and off you go. That's not my experience as the light on the pod just keeps pulsing which seems to indicate it's not connecting to the hub.
Do I need to do anything else?
Do I or Virgin need to tweek a hub setting to allow the pod to be accepted?

Your friend can’t loan you a WiFi Pod. It is linked to their account and can’t be used on your account.
If you want/need a WiFi Pod, use the Virgin Connect app to prove the weak spot and order one.

Thanks, I was beginning to think that was the case.

Or buy your own networking kit as an alternative perhaps?
