WAP settings and WAN IP address

I am trying to set up a 3rd party router (ASUS Zen AX6600). I have spoken to virgin, who put me onto their Gadget rescue and after 3 hrs they have been unable to set this up.

I have the WiFi set up but cannot get internet connection, even with the Hub3 in modem mode.

I think i nee the WAN IP address and the WAN settigs (DHCP, PPPoE or static) that virgin use.

Any suggestions please
